All Levels Yoga in the Park

Join me in the great outdoors for my first public yoga class in over two years. My intention is to offer an inclusive All Levels class incorporating safe, mindful movements with breath awareness. Variations and detailed instruction make this class suitable for students with all fitness levels and yoga experience. All are welcome!
