Class Description
A chair is used to provide support and balance throughout class. Safe, mindful exercises (poses) maintain mobility and cultivate strength, flexibility and balance. Detailed instructions and variations are offered and coordinated with the breath. Beginners are welcome and no previous yoga experience is needed.
