I was inspired by yoga as a young child and drawn to it over and over again throughout the years. With yoga’s current popularity and explosion into mainstream society, teaching yoga is much more than a hip and trendy, cool job. It’s my calling to do this Work.

I've been teaching for over 20 years. I’m passionate about learning and have received thousands of hours of training in the art and science of teaching, therapeutic elements of asana, philosophy, ethics and Ayurveda.

Yoga is a living practice. The ancient teachings are timeless and timely. The practices are like a soothing balm for our minds, bodies and hearts, a vital antidote to the noise, fullness and rush of our virtually – connected lives. I have a deep love and reverence for what I’ve learned and my hope is to pass on the teachings with humor, joy and Grace.
